Terms of use

Last updated: 13 October 2026

Welcome to Shevet. Using shevetapp.com and the app is subject to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service. The service is operated by Liat Shmilove, licensed business (osek murshe) no. 306764754, Israel.

What the service is

Shevet is a platform that connects homeschooling families with businesses and instructors who run activities. We don't run the activities ourselves and are not a party to the agreement between the parent and the business, unless a specific activity says otherwise.

Beta

The service is in beta. Some features are not active yet (for example in-app payment and the community), and there may be changes, bugs and interruptions. We will try to announce significant changes in advance.

Content and fair use

You may not post false, offensive, misleading or unlawful content, impersonate others, collect information about other users, or harm the service. We may remove content and suspend accounts that break these terms. You can report content with the report button.

General information and the AI assistant

Each country's legal guide is general information, not legal advice. Laws change, so always check the official sources. The AI assistant answers automatically and can make mistakes. If in doubt, write to the team.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for harm caused by a business's activity, by information posted by a user, or by a fault or interruption in the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be waived under consumer protection law.

Intellectual property

The design, code and the name "Shevet" belong to the operator of the service. Content you post stays yours, and you allow us to display it in the service.

Changes and ending

We may update these terms. We will announce significant changes in advance in the app or by email. You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts in Israel have exclusive jurisdiction. Users outside Israel keep the rights their local law gives consumers.
